Villas description:
This beautiful California timeshare features well-designed and luxurious villas, all with furnished private balconies or landscaped terraces and views of the Batiquitos Lagoon or the golf course.
The one bedroom villas are approximately 1,330 square feet and accommodate up to four people.
The two bedroom villas are approximately 1,670 square feet and accommodate up to eight people.
Both of the luxurious one and two bedroom villas include elegant open-concept kitchens with state of the art appliances, a fireplace in the living room, television, DVD and CD player and stereo. The spacious master bedrooms feature signature Four Seasons beds and linens. The luxurious master bathrooms include double sink, marble vanities, a separate glass enclosed shower, illuminated shaving/makeup mirror, hair dryer and Four Seasons towels, robes and toiletries. Each villa also has a laundry room with washer and dryer and high-speed Internet access.

Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara Golf
California timeshare owners are invited to perfect their golf game on the Aviara Golf Course. The championship 18-hole golf course was designed by Arnold Palmer and winds through 180 acres and three valleys. The 7,007-yard, par-72 course was sculpted into the natural topography with water hazards designed as visual extensions of the Batiquitos Lagoon. The two story 32,000 square foot clubhouse includes the Argyle Steakhouse and a complete golf shop.
Tennis:
All six courts are illuminated for night play with the center court featuring stadium seating. After the game, California timeshare owners are invited to relax at the tennis clubhouse, which includes a shaded outdoor terrace and a well-stocked pro shop. Interested in improving your game? Private or group lessons are available.
Spa:
With its indoor and outdoor private treatment rooms, whirlpools, and sauna and steam rooms, this luxurious and spacious retreat is the ideal place for California timeshare owners to unwind and indulge in Four Seasons signature spa treatments. The recently renovated 15,000 square foot European-style spa features an indoor solarium lounge area, locker and dressing areas. Hair, nail and make-up services are also provided on-site.
One of the highlights of the Spa is the Couple’s Suite, with its marble fireplace and shower made for two. French doors open to a private outdoor patio with oversized whirlpool. The well-appointed treatment room is equipped with side-by-side massage tables and a cozy lounge area with relaxing chaises in front of the fireplace
Fitness centers:
California timeshare owners enjoy exclusive use of the fitness centers at the two neighborhood clubhouses. The bright, pool-view facilities include free weights and state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment, such as treadmills, stair climbers and recumbent bicycles. All exercise machines are equipped with private televisions with individual headsets.
Certified trainers are available by appointment, and complete men’s and women’s locker rooms include showers and steam rooms.

- Both Residence Club clubhouses include a large, free-form pool, with a nearby heated whirlpool and a separate children’s pool.
- At the Meadows Clubhouse, cabanas provide privacy and protection from the sun.
Aviara Sports Activity Center:
Located on the grassy area near the Resort’s Tennis Center, the Activity Center offers croquet, horseshoes, bocce ball and badminton and half-court basketball.

Vivace serves innovative Italian cuisine in a chic, contemporary atmosphere Monday thru Saturday night from 5:30pm to 9:30pm and Sunday lunch between 11:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Argyle Steakhouse located at the Aviara Golf Clubhouse offers an elegant, warm atmosphere for dinner or casual lunch. It’s the perfect spot for California timeshare owners to enjoy lunch and the Saturday and Sunday brunch.
California Bistro offers a delicious buffet and an innovative à la carte menu at breakfast and lunch every day and brunch on Saturday.
Ocean Pool Bar & Grill is where you can enjoy a laid-back poolside lunch that includes menu items such as seared ahi wrap, burgers and fish tacos. They also offer a great kid’s menu.
