Hyatt Ka’anapali Beach, a Hyatt Residence Club, is located along Maui’s western shore on Ka’anapali Beach.

Hyatt Kaanapali Beach Exterior

The resort is a twelve story building offering 131 units, including 19 one-bedroom units, 100 two-bedroom units, and 12 three-bedroom units. Additional features of the resort include an 8,000 square foot open-air lobby, a retail store, a casual dining restaurant, a pool with pool bar and a multi-level pool deck, and a 3,300 square foot state of the art fitness center.

Hyatt Vacation Club members have access to 18 Hyatt-owned resorts and to 1200 resorts through the timeshare exchange service, Interval International. Members of Hyatt Vacation Club are automatically enrolled in Interval International. The membership fees are waived and renew automatically for Hyatt Vacation Club members.

For over 15 years now, Hyatt has also been running a successful vacation club that offers members luxury vacations at their lifestyle resorts.  As with most vacation clubs with timeshares for sale Hyatt Vacation Club operates on a point system.

Most owners purchase a fixed week timeshare at one of Hyatt’s luxury timeshare resorts which can then be converted into points for the purposes of exchange and accumulation. The point value of a Hyatt timeshare depends on the type of unit, time of week and season.

Hyatt Vacation Club members can split up points and use them as they see fit. If, for example, you owned a one week timeshare resale in a 2-bedroom unit, you could redeem your points for two weeks in a 1-bedroom unit.

Members are also entitled to borrow points from the next calendar year to stay in larger rooms or extend their vacations.

Unused points expire after 6 months so be sure to redeem your points or convert them for use with Hyatt Vacation Club’s affiliate, Interval International.

Hyatt Residence Club timeshares are located in California, Florida, Colorado, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona and Texas and offer luxurious beach, mountain and desert accommodations.

FYI: The Hawaii 10.25% Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) – which is paid at the time of check-out – has been extended to December 31, 2030.

Hyatt timeshares retail vs. resale. What you don’t get when you purchase a Hyatt timeshare resale

Compare the difference between buying Disney, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, Westin/Vistana or Wyndham timeshare retail versus resale.

Buying a Hyatt timeshare on the secondary market is much less expensive than purchasing direct from the developer because of the fact that the developer incurs marketing costs that are passed on to the consumer. It is the developer who sets the price on the retail market. On the secondary market of timeshare resale, prices are determined by individuals and current market conditions.

A timeshare interval should be purchased for enjoyment. The purchase of a Hyatt timeshare resale  ensures that you will be able to vacation and spend quality time with your family and friends each year. You might want to think of it as vacation insurance for all your future vacations!

The licensed professionals at Advantage Vacation have been creating satisfied clients for over 35 years, have been in the timeshare resales business for over 20 years and are Accredited Members of the BBB with an A+ Rating.
