4:00p – Sand Sculpture Presentation (South Lobby) – Enjoy the art of sand sculpting as a sand sculpting expert demonstrates a “sand-sational” technique in tribute to the Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas 10th year anniversary.
5:00p – Hula Show (South Lanai Lawn) – Treat the entire family to a live hula performance!
6:30p – Owners Reception (Sales Gallery) – This is an opportunity to meet other owners and share and exchange memorable events while you’ve been vacationing at Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas through the years! You’re invited to enjoy live entertainment and selected beer and wine.
Monday, September 23rd- “Hele Mai E ‘Ai” Enjoy and Indulge
9:15a – Vacation Kick Off (Pulehu, an Italian Grill) – Meet the leaders of the resort and learn about various offerings throughout the property. You’ll receive exclusive discounts and enjoy complimentary coffee and juice.
5:00p – Ka’anapali Chef Competition (South BBQ Grills) – This is your opportunity to show off your culinary skills by challenging other owners to a cook-off utilizing the items provided to you! The winner will receive a $25 gift certificate to be used at any of the 3 Westin Ka’anapali restaurants. Reservations required and space is limited to 4 owners.
6:30p – Chefs in Action (South Lobby Overlook) – You’ll entice your palette and enhance your knowledge of cooking as one of the Westin Ka’anapali chefs provides insight into a popular dish found at the restaurants. Reservations required. $10 + tax per person.
5:30p – Monday Upcountry BBQ (Ocean Pool Bar and Grill) – Make reservations to indulge and enjoy a paniolo style dinner. Full dinner menu is also available. Reservations please.

Tuesday, September 24th- “Hau’oli La Hanau”- Happy Birthday!
9:00a – Malama Honokowai (Meet in South Lobby promptly at 8:45a) – Join the Westin team as they venture to Honokowai Valley to help restore and cultivate native Hawaiian plants. You’re advised to wear covered foot wear. Water and lunch will be provided for participants. Reservations required.
11:00a – Coconut Leaf Weaving (South Lanai Lawn) – Learn how to weave “Hawaiian” style. Cash only and prices vary.
5:00p – Ola Island Beauty Bar (South Lobby Overlook) – See what beauty offerings are available.
5:00p – Wailele Lu’au (South Lanai Lawn) – Bring the family and join in the fun of a luau!
Wednesday, September 25th- Ho’olaule’a- Celebrate
9:00a – Kukui Nut Lei Making (Discovery Center, Building 2 Basement Level) – Learn how to string a lei using the nut significant in the Hawaiian culture. Prices vary and reservations are required.
2:30p – Fresh Flower Lei Making (Discovery Center, Building 2 Basement Level) – Using fresh carnation blossoms, create and sew your own lei. $11 +tax per lei and reservations are required.
6:00p – 10th Year Ho’olaule’a (South Lanai Lawn) – Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort with a keiki hula show, a variety of Hawaiian games, poi pounding demonstration, ono and delicious food while the supplies last. Admission is free!
