The Ocean Tower at the Hilton Waikoloa Village plans include conversion of the 600 hotel rooms into 350 timeshare units. The initial phase will feature eighteen studios, twenty-four one bedroom suites, twenty-four two bedroom suites and six three bedroom suites. All suites will offer resort or ocean views and be the first to offer Hilton timeshare owners direct ocean views on the island of Hawaii.
All suites will feature full kitchens, a private balcony, spacious living and dining areas, a washer and dryer and complimentary wireless internet access. The Hilton Ocean Tower studios will be equipped with kitchenettes, including microwaves, refrigerators and dishwashers.
Planned amenities at this beautiful Hilton timeshare resort include an exclusive fitness center and a check-in and departure lounge. In addition, Hilton Ocean Tower timeshare owners will also have access to all the amenities at Hilton Waikioloa Village which includes swimming pools, tennis courts and tram to the village’s boat rides, resort shops, various restaurants and the Kohala Spa.
