Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas Christmas 2012 Events

Christmas is a special time of the year everywhere, but on Maui the season is made even more special with fun activities for the entire family to enjoy at Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas.  Advantage Vacation has put together an agenda of activities and events being held at the Resort during this festive holiday season.

Where else could you enjoy a Peppermint Massage or a Gingerbread Manicure and Pedicure?  Spa Helani invites guests to pamper themselves with some of the season’s scents and other special spa services.

Thursdays are Ohana Movie Madness at 5:00pm in the Sales Theater in the South Lobby.  Following is the schedule of PG-13 movies for the month of December:

December 13 – Legend of the Guardians

December 20 – Herbie Fully Loaded

December 27 – The Soucerer’s Apprentice

Fun and exciting activities for the entire family and kids to enjoy begins Thursday, December 20 with a variety of activities until Christmas Eve, December 24, 2012 and of course there is New Years Eve at Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas.  Check out the activities and make your plans to attend:

2:00pm – 4:00pm – Ornament Decorating, Skating Rink, South Villas

5:00pm – 8:00pm – Winter Wonderland Craft Fair – This is the place to complete your last minute shopping and support local artisans and crafters at the South Lobby Overlook

Friday, December 21

3:00pm – 4:00pm – Cookie Decorating, Skating Rink, South Villas

Saturday, December 22

10:00am – 2:00pm – Photos with “Kanakaloka”, Santa.  Get your picture taken with a Hawaiian Santa at the Skating Rink, South Villas

1:00pm – 6:00pm – Build a Holiday Friend – Accessorize and adopt a cuddly stuffed animal, South Lobby Overlook

3:00pm – 4:00pm – Holiday Stocking Decorating at the Skating Rink, South Villas

Monday, December 24 – Christmas Eve on Maui

2:00pm – 3:00pm – Gingerbread House Decorating at the Skating Rink, South Villas

6:30pm – 9:30pm – Elf Villa Visit, Santa’s little helper will deliver a surprise and read “The Night Before Christmas” to your keiki as they are nestled in bed – imagine one of Santa’s elf’s visiting your villa!

Christmas Day Events only on Maui

9:00am – Welcome Kanakaloka, Santa Claus at the North Beach, fronting building 8

10:00 – 11:00am – Hawaiian Holiday Entertainment – Join in the spirit of Christmas through “mele”, song in the South Lobby

10:30am – 12:30pm – Join in the fun of a Winter Wonderland Experience with a morning filled with games, crafts, prizes and guaranteed fun at the Kids Club, North Villas

10:30am – 5:00pm – Experience Fishpipe – the only endless waterslide in West Maui on the Pirate Ship Lawn – ages 5 and older.

Tuesday, December 28

6:30pm – 8:30pm – Teen and Tween Mixer Madness at the Skating Rink, Lanai Lawn for ages 9 – 17 years.  General admission includes unlimited skating rink usage, sweets & treats, photo booth, unlimited participation in activities and one raffle ticket for prize giveaways.  Now this sounds like something really fun for the “tweens” and “teens” in the family and a great way to meet other kids their age!

Celebrate New Year’s Eve at one of the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resorts Villas restaurants:

Ocean Pool Bar & Grill is offering a three-course Prix Fixe menu.

Pulehu, an Italian Grill is serving five and eight course plated dinners.

Pailolo Bar & Grill is where the Second Annual Black & White Ball Drop Party will be held.

There will be late  night “nibble” offerings at the Ocean Pool Bar & Grill as guests glide into the New Year.
