Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort timeshare resales consist of two phases – the south villas and the north villas and are located about a mile from Whaler’s Village shopping center.  The Westin timeshare resale villas are a purpose built timeshare with full kitchens and washers and dryers in all units in both phases.

Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas is the first phase of the timeshare resale resort that was built during the years 2002 through 2005. This first phase is located at the entrance to the resort and consists of the Kahakiai building A, the Makani Kai building B and the Ahelani building C.

Both phases of this Westin timeshare have access to the Westin Kid’s Club and Spa Helani which features The Westin Workout room with state-of-the-art equipment and access to top quality cardio-machines and a few strength machines. There is also a steam room and sauna available which is open twenty-four hours a day.

Guests at both of the Westin timeshare resorts have access to a complimentary shuttle that travels between Ka’anapali with stops that include the Lahaina Cannery Mall, Lahaina Gateway Mall, and Hilo Hattie’s.

The Westin Kaanapali Resort Villas timeshare resale units are:

• Two bedroom lockoff Deluxe units
• Two bedroom lockoff oceanfront Premium units
• Two bedroom lockoff Premium units
• One bedroom Premium units

The two bedroom lock-off villas can be used as an entire two bedroom unit or can be used as a one bedroom premium unit and a studio premium unit and give the owner two weeks of vacation.

The island view units face the road and the West Maui Mountains.

1. DELUXE 2-bedroom lock off – 1,810 square feet includes interior and balcony(lanai):

• One bedroom premium is 1,038 sq. ft. and the studio premium is 512 sq. ft.
• All are corner units with lanais off the living room, master bedroom and studio
• Buildings 2 and 3 have Ocean Front types, Buildings 2, 3 and 4 have Ocean View types and Building 4 has the Island View type unit
• The deluxe ocean front units have the living room and the master bedroom facing the ocean and have a 180-degree view of the ocean with the studio portion is on the side of the building.

2. PREMIUM (Center Ocean Front) 2-bedroom lock off – 1700 square feet includes interior and balcony (lanai):

• One bedroom premium is 900 sq. ft. and the studio premium is 500 sq. ft.
• They are the center ocean front units located in Buildings 2 and 3 only with one unit on each floor
• All three rooms face the ocean directly, with a 180-degree ocean view, and have a lanai off each room

3. PREMIUM Two bedroom lock off – 1475 square feet includes interior and balcony (lanai)

• One bedroom premium is 900 sq. ft. and the studio premium is 500 sq. ft.
• Lanais off the living room and master bedroom with a juliette balcony only off the Studio
• Buildings 2, 3 and 4 have the ocean view type and Building 4 has the island view type

4. One bedroom premium – 995 square feet, includes interior and balcony (lanai):

• This type of unit is available only in the ocean view category with lanais off the living room and bedroom
• Located in buildings 2, 3 and 4

• Pu’ukoli’I General Store is open 6:30am – 7:30pm.  This is where you’ll find delicious baked goods, deli sandwiches and freshly marinated meats and island fresh fish available for grilling.  They also have homemade pizzas available for carry-out or villa delivery!
• Ocean Pool Bar & Grill open from 6:30am – 9:00pm, offers a daily breakfast buffet, happy hour and nightly specials with live music on the weekends.
• Pailolo Bar & Grill is open daily from 11:00am – 11:00pm and features casual bistro-style dining with burgers, sandwiches and salads.
