The stylish 840 square foot one bedroom villas feature master bedrooms with a king-size signature Westin Heavenly bed and a luxurious Westin Heavenly bath with large shower, bathtub and vanity. Living areas are furnished with a wardrobe armoire and queen-size sleeper sofa and an HD home entertainment system. The fully equipped kitchen showcases luxurious stainless steel appliances. In addition, there are private furnished lanais and washer and dryer. Each of the one bedroom villas sleeps up to four adults and offer breathtaking views of the West Maui mountains and resort grounds.

Hawaii owners pay an annual VSN fee of $145 plus Hawaii 4.166% General Excise tax in the amount of $6.04 for the first week and annual VSN fee of $50 plus Hawaii 4.166% General Excise tax in the amount of $2.08 for the second week. There is no General Excise tax for any additional weeks owned in Hawaii.
Vistana owners at non- Hawaii resorts pay a lower annual SVN.
