In follow up to my recent article “You May be Entitled to a Payment from a Class Action Settlement about the RCI Points Exchange Program” and in response to the many inquiries about getting a copy of the claim form in Spanish – I have called and spoken to the Settlement Administrator and was told they will research if there is a form available in Spanish and call me back with an answer.
In the meantime, I have searched the internet and have not found any information regarding the availability of the settlement form in Spanish.
At this point, I am just waiting to hear back from the Administrator to see if I can acquire a form in Spanish and will then post it on our website for anyone to download.
I find it interesting there isn’t a form available in Spanish as I would think RCI has a large number of members who speak Spanish.
But, this isn’t the first time I have thought something that was not as I thought!
I will continue to search to find this form for all of you that have asked. Unfortunately, I did not get any idea of how long this could take RCI. Be assured however, that as soon as I have the information I will make it available to you and forward this information on as soon as I receive it.
