This past week Kahului Airport reported tying two recorded low temperatures at Kahului Airport on Maui.
On Sunday, November 24 the National Weather Service recorded a low temperature of 59 degrees which tied the old record set for the same day in 1972.
On Monday, November 25th, the NWS recorded a low temperature of 60 degrees in turn tying the old record set for the same day in 1972 and 1951!
Forecasters predicted lows near 63 degrees for Tuesday and Wednesday with Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday predicted to return to the normal range for this time of year with lows of 75/76 and highs ranging from 81to 84 degrees.
