Following you will find a copy of the letter we received from Hyatt Residence Club updating Hyatt timeshare resale members of the aftermath of Hurricane Irma. We have re-printed the letter in its entirety (with no editing) for Hyatt timeshare owners to review:

Dear Members and Guests,
As previously reported, all three Hyatt Residence Club resorts in Key West have experienced different levels of damage from Hurricane Irma.
At Hyatt Residence Club Key West, Beach House, the resort grounds are cleared and looking good, but there are still some hardwood trees that need to be cleared by the city near the bike path.
However, after a thorough inspection from the professional restoration and insurance companies, the resort buildings simply sustained too much damage from water intrusion to many guest accommodations as well as elevators, the room key system and common space to be able to welcome guests prior to October 22, 2017.
If you have a reservation prior to October 22, 2017, please contact Member Services directly at +1 800.GO.HYATT or info@hyattresidenceclub.com to cancel or reschedule. We will waive cancellation/reschedule fees associated with these changes.
Our staff and the restoration teams are working around the clock to get the resort up and running in time for Fantasy Fest. We look forward to welcoming you back to your Key West home-away-from-home soon.
