The past couple of years have marked trying times in the state of Hawaii but many will be happy to hear that leading economists are pointng to early signs of recovery.  The University of Hawaii Economic research Orgainizaiton announced that despite low visitor figures, hawaii is on the path to recovery.  As the tourist industry continues to slump, experts from the Universiity are predicting a 2.9 per cent gain in arrivals for 2010 along with improvements in gross domestic product.
