Starter – Tuna carpaccio, pickled hearts of palm, tofu yuzu crema, ginger-soy vinaigrette, lobster and caviar
Entrée – Filet Oscar, king crab, asparagus gratin, Hamakua mushrooms, caramelized onion, potato purée, Béarnaise sauce
Dessert – Chocolate sphere, Mont Blanc cream, caramel pop rock crunch, vanilla bean gelato
New Year’s Eve dinner will be served from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

New Year’s Eve lūʻau seatings are available only to Aulani Disney timeshare resort guests.
