Mikimiki Fitness Center

Aulani, Disney Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day and is a full-service facility designed with Disney timeshare owners wellness in mind.

The 2,000 square foot facility features:

  • Life Fitness cardiovascular and strength training equipment
  • A Kinesis machine
  • Free weights

Fitness and Wellness Packages

Following are the current Wellness packages available at the Aulani Disney Vacation Club resort. All Wellness packages include a one day pass to Kula Wai the outdoor hydrotherapy garden at the Laniwai Spa:

  • Pono (Balanced) – One day Wellness Package includes a 30 minute personal training session and 30 minute signature Lomilomi massage
  • Multi-Day Wellness Package – 30 minute personal training session and 50 minute signature Lomilomi massage treatment.
  • Couples, Multi-Day Wellness Package – 30 minute personal training session and a 50 minute signature Lomilomi massage per guest.
  • Wellness Warrior Multi-Day Package – two 30 minute personal training sessions and 2 Kula Wai passes.
  • Wellness Warrior One day package – one 30 minute personal training session and one day Kula Wai pass.

Specialized Training

Disney timeshare owners are invited to take their fitness to the next level with a customized program designed by one of the expert, certified trainers.

Specialized training options might include:

  • Individual training is a one on one personalized workout session
  • Group training is an energizing workout for two or more
  • Sport-Specific Trainer Workouts is a customized regimen that is specific to whatever sport the guest participates in and is designed to enhance performance
