Following is a list of upcoming ARDA Meetings and Events for the year 2012 and the dates for the 2013 World Convention and Expo.
April 1-5, 2012
The annual ARDA World Convention and Expo is being held at The Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. This annual event is the premier gathering spot for the vacation ownership industry. There will be more than 3,000 attendees from over 35 countries in attendance including international development organizations from around the world.
New this year is the chance to participate in the 2012 ARDA Awards Program with seven new categories. There is a new eligibility criteria for Resort Design Entries which is no longer limited to projects completed in the previous calendar year. There is a revised nomination criteria for many categories making it much more inclusive and clear.
Save the date for The Awards Gala, where all winners will be announced. The Awards Gala will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at the Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino.
June 4 and 5, 2012
The 2012 ARDA Northeast Regional Meeting will be held at the Renaissance Providence in downtown Providence, Rhode Island.
June 26 and 27, 2012
There is a Trustee Retreat scheduled at The Four Seasons in Washington, DC. The meeting is open to ARDA Trustees and ARDA Board members only.
October 4 and 5, 2012
The 2012 ARDA West Regional Meeting will be held at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina in San Diego, CA.
November 14-16, 2012
The ARDA Fall Conference will be held at The Fairmont Hotel in Washington, DC. The Fall Conference convenes every year in Washington, DC to offer attendees concrete, detailed, bottom-line analysis of the implications of industry, economic and political trends. Also a working meeting, ARDA Committees meet at this time to strategize for the upcoming year. It is an opportunity to get an intimate look at the many industry leaders who are volunteering their time and expertise to help guide ARDA and the industry into the future.

The 2013 ARDA World Annual Convention and Expo will be held at The Westin Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood, FL.
