Hawaii owners pay an annual SVN fee of $145 plus Hawaii 4.166% GE tax in the amount of $6.04 for the first week and annual SVN fee of $50 plus Hawaii 4.166% GE tax in the amount of $2.08 for the second week. There is no GE tax for any additional weeks owned in Hawaii.
Vistana owners at non- Hawaii resorts pay a lower annual SVN.
Note: The ARDA voluntary contribution is not included in the annual fees.
