Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas is the first phase of the timeshare resale resort that was built during the years 2002 through 2005. This first phase is located at the entrance to the resort and consists of the Kahakiai building A, the Makani Kai building B and the Ahelani building C.
Both phases of this Westin timeshare have access to the Westin Kid’s Club and Spa Helani which features The Westin Workout room with state-of-the-art equipment and access to top quality cardio-machines and a few strength machines. There is also a steam room and sauna available which is open twenty-four hours a day.
Guests at both of the Westin timeshare resorts have access to a complimentary shuttle that travels between Ka’anapali with stops that include the Lahaina Cannery Mall, Lahaina Gateway Mall, and Hilo Hattie’s.
Following you will find the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas 2016 maintenance fees for the two bedroom deluxe lock-off villa, the two bedroom premium lock-off villa and the one bedroom premium villa. The annual fees include maintenance fees, reserves, property taxes and Starwood Vacation Network (SVN) Club fees. The Starwood Vacation Network Club fees are currently $145.60.
