Open for dinner Thursday to Monday from 5:30pm to 9:30pm you can enjoy classic Italian specialties with a local sustainable twist and dine al fresco by the koi ponds or watch the master chef in action at the show kitchen.

Every day you can enjoy the Daily Sunset Tramonto Menu from 5:30pm to 6pm. You are invited to enjoy a three course menu with a choice of one Starter that includes duetto of bruschetta, crispy calamari, insalata Caesar, arugula and roasted beets and roasted tomato soup. Then move onto the entrée course with a choice of one entrée of Chianti braised short ribs, Jidori pollo piccata, herb marinated baked mahi-mahi, spaghettini & meatball, seared scallops, sepia tagliatelle or lasagna. And for dessert you have a choice of warm chocolate cake or house made tiramisu. The choices are going to be hard!
Sunday and Monday from 5pm – 5:30pm join in the fun of the Wine Social offering a sampling of 3 distinctive wines along with charcuterie and cheese samples.
Pailolo Bar & Grill
Pailolo is now serving food and drinks until 10:00pm daily along with the daily Happy Hour from 4pm to 6pm.
If you are a football fan, you’ll have to check out Football Sunday’s with Pailolo Bar and Grill now open every game day at 7am Sunday morning with food and drink specials!
Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5pm to 8pm and Thursdays 6pm to 9pm enjoy the amplified delight of Damien Awai and unwind at the only oceanfront sports-themed bar on Kaanapali Beach. Enjoy contemporary Hawaiian music and current popular hits with a localized twist.

Enjoy the daily Happy Hour from 3pm – 5pm and then check out the specials offered throughout the week:
All You Can Eat Crab Fest
Mondays from 5:30pm to 9pm is Upcountry BBQ Night where you can enjoy ribs, jalapeno-mango cornbread, BBQ fingerling potatoes, macadamia nut bread pudding and more!
Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 9pm is an all you can eat Crab Fest with reservations required.
Monday and Friday from 4pm to 7pm you’re invited to unwind to the sound of the islands as local musicians serenade you during late afternoon libation and merriment!
Thursday to Tuesday you can enjoy the Early Bird Special from 5:30pm to 6pm.
Thursday nights from 5:30pm to 9:30pm you can enjoy a prime rib dinner that includes Caesar salad, a choice of two sides and a heavenly Ali’i Lavender Cheesecake for dessert.
