Each of the beautifully decorated suites at The Bay Club feature fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryer and private lanais.
The resort amenities include two swimming pools, whirlpool spa, two championship tennis courts, putting green, outdoor bbq grill areas, exercise facilities and a poolside café and bar.
The following annual fees at The Bay Club include operating fees, reserve fees, real estate tax and GET (government excise tax).
The Bay Club is an Affiliated Resort and HGVC membership is voluntary. Club dues (whether domestic or international) are billed separate from the Maintenance Fee.
NOTE: The owner can enroll into the Hilton Grand Vacation Club program by paying a onetime current enrollment fee of $500 for an annual ownership and thereafter, pay the annual subscription fee, currently $125 for Domestic purchasers and $159 for International purchasers, which includes the RCI annual subscription fee.
A Hilton Grand Vacation Club biennial ownership would be a $250 enrollment fee and $125 biennially thereafter.
