Sheraton Vistana Resort Living area
We heard from a couple of our clients recently that stayed at the Sheraton Vistana Resort in Orlando, Florida which is a Starwood property. It was one couple’s first time there and they were quite pleasantly surprised as you’ll see by their comments!
The first couple got a call from the resort about a week before their scheduled arrival and anticipated the worst! The call came from a staff member calling to confirm their reservation and to ask if they needed anything special in their room. Now this is a great way to start a vacation!
The same person who called to confirm the reservation provided a VIP check in so it literally took five minutes or less to check-in…another great start to a vacation! After they got settled in their room, the staff member stopped by to make sure everything was up to their standards and to let them know where to go to shop for food which was a great help!
They reported the rooms were in excellent condition and the kitchen had everything they needed.
They have three kids, 7, 6 and 2 loved the pools and really enjoyed the crafts and dancing activities the resort schedules for the kids. There were so many activities to do on the resort they felt they didn’t really have to leave to have a good time! They enjoyed the beautiful weather in Orlando and visited Disney and Sea World which are just minutes away. The airport is located nearby, only about twenty minutes away.
The couple commented that they met some very nice and friendly people at the resort and had a great time. They also commented that all the workers at the resort were friendly and greeted them whenever they walked by, which made them feel right at home. They said they would highly recommend this Sheratonresort.

The second couple had no children but found the resort quite nice with the pools, well kept grounds and nice walking paths around the resort. They said the check-in was quite easy and fast.
They noted that the accommodations have been upgraded and were quite nice and the kitchen was better stocked than a lot of other timeshares they’ve stayed in. The things they particularly appreciated and enjoyed were the free wifi, nearby grocery shopping and the convenient bus schedule to Disney which avoided daily parking fees at Disney. They did not find the shuttle schedule to Universal as convenient – running only once in the morning and once back at night.
They did attend the timeshare presentation and said it was pretty low-key.
This couple also commented on the friendly and helpful staff and said they would definitely recommend this resort for its convenience to sites, it’s easy to find and the upgraded accommodations which were very nice.
