We’ve been in business for over 25 years and we broker resales of fractional ownership shares at the Montage Kapalua Bay Resort.
Montage Living Area
The Montage is a world class, Forbes 5 Star resort located in Kapalua on the island of Maui. Formerly branded as the Ritz Carlton Club and Residences at Kapalua Bay, the very luxurious and sophisticated resort of Montage Kapalua Bay Resort is a 24 acre beachfront resort overlooking Kapalua Bay.
This high-end resort offers a variety of world class, all suite accommodations along with four restaurants and bars, a full service spa and is only 33 miles from Maui’s Kahului Airport. The Montage Kapalua Bay resort also offers golfers and their family’s access to two world class golf courses at Kapalua Bay – The Bay Course and the Plantation Course.
There are three types of fractional ownership plans available at the Montage resort. All are three weeks of ownership granting you a 1/12th ownership interest in a luxurious two bedroom or three bedroom villa. There are only 36 weeks of deeded ownership interest sold in each condominium unit. The remaining 16 weeks are available for a Montage owner to rent at a discounted price.
Here are the three plans:
Plan 1 – Two consecutive fixed, winter weeks which are from week 6 through week 15 and one, pre-set, rotating week from weeks 35 to week 40 or you can purchase two consecutive summer weeks from weeks 24 through 33 and one, pre-set, rotating week which would be either weeks from 1 to 5 or week 47.
Plan 2 – Two consecutive, pre-set, winter weeks which rotate from weeks 6 through 15 and also you get one pre-set, rotating week from weeks 35 to 40 or two consecutive summer weeks from weeks 24 to 33, (which also rotate during that time period), and one, pre-set, rotating week from weeks 1 through 5 or week 47.
Plan 3 – Three consecutive fixed weeks and you’ll get the same three weeks every year.
Additional services offered to Montage owners include a 24 hour concierge, housekeeping service twice daily and complimentary valet parking. In addition to these services, Montage owners receive a Kapalua Bay complimentary Club Membership which entitles the owner and their immediate family to complimentary use of the Montage Spa & Fitness Center, fitness classes and pool, plus play golf at Kapaula Bay at either the Bay or Plantation course for $28 per day, per person versus the standard $200-$300 per day pricing. There is a $795 one-time fee to take advantage of this benefit.
The owners at Montage also have the ability to rent additional time in a two bedroom villa at discounted prices of $250 per night or in a three bedroom villa at $300 per night based on space availability.
