7:00am to 12 noon – WALKIN’ TO THE 80’S – A WALK TO SUPPORT THE ALZHEIMER’S ASSOCIATION, ALOHA CHAPTER in Lihue. Meet at the Kukui Grove Shopping Center for A Walk for the cure – this 3.2 mile walk around iconic Kukui Grove Shopping Center brings together people of all ages and abilities for a fun-filled day of activities, food, and family as we walk to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Association, Aloha Chapter. This event is free to participate in.
Join hundreds of your family, friends, and coworkers as we start Walkin’ to the 80’s. Get your walkin’ shoes out as we stroll down memory lane of the era that brought you the Walkman, Miami Vice, high hair, and shutter shades. Put on your best 80’s looks and walk with us to tune of the best 80’s music, games, and trivia. Walkers who make the suggested donation level will be eligible to receive complementary food, shirts, and door-prizes.
