Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Hilton Hawaiian Village gives guests ideal access to the best stretch of Waikiki’s famous white-sand beach and the extensive entertainment, shopping and dining options within the renowned Hilton Hawaiian Village. Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Hilton Hawaiian Village is made up of three sections – the Lagoon Tower, Kalia Tower and the Grand Waikikian.
The resort features four swimming pools including a 10,000 square foot super pool, beach and saltwater lagoon, the Mandara Spa, supervised children’s activity programs, exercise facilities and various restaurants and lounges.
In general, associations are becoming more aggressive about collection techniques of maintenance fees and thus delinquencies have gone down. With more people paying their maintenance fees, delinquencies going down and costs not rising, fees have become more stabilized, increases have remained modest and the rate of increase has not been as great as in the past.
Hilton Hawaiian Village Lagoon Tower
Following are the 2014 annual fees for the Lagoon Tower and the Kalia Tower include operating fees, reserve fees, real estate tax and GET (Government Excise Tax) subtotals. The chart also reflects the voluntary ARDA $5 fee and the Domestic Club Fee of $136 total and the voluntary ARDA $5 fee and the International Club Fee of $174 total.
Each suite features a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary high-speed, wireless Internet and a washer and dryer on each floor.
NOTE: Maintenance fees are due in each year of usage, i.e., bi-ennial fees are due in the year of ownership.
The Lagoon Tower consists of 236 suites – 5 studios, 62 one bedrooms, 85 two bedroom suites, 79 two bedroom penthouse suites and 5 three bedroom penthouse suites, most with private balconies.
