Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Hilton Hawaiian Villageis poised on Waikiki’s best beach. The resort offers guests access to the abundant treasures of the 20-acre resort which includes an array of activities and amenities along with endless recreational activities, a variety of restaurants and diverse entertainment. The Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Hilton Hawaiian Village is made up of three sections – the Lagoon Tower, Kalia Tower and the Grand Waikikian.

The Grand Waikikian is a 38 story tower consisting of 331 total suites – 155 one bedrooms, 142 two bedrooms, 24 two bedroom penthouse suites and 10 three bedroom penthouse suites, all with private balconies.

In general, associations are becoming more aggressive about collection techniques of maintenance fees and thus delinquencies have gone down. With more people paying their maintenance fees, delinquencies going down and costs not rising, fees have become more stabilized, increases have remained modest and the rate of increase has not been as great as in the past.

NOTE: Maintenance fees are due in each year of usage, i.e., bi-ennial fees are due in the year of ownership.
