Hilton Grand Vacations Club on International Drive Pool
Situated on 34 acres on the southwest corner of International Drive, HGVC on International Drive is within minutes of Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort and is adjacent to the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall.
The resort is designed with a Mediterranean theme reminiscent of an Italian village in Tuscany featuring lush landscaping and gardens with a lakefront promenade.
The resort’s recreational amenities include a fitness center; sports court; and elaborate water features that include fountains, swimming pools, whirlpool spas, and an interactive children’s pool.
In general, associations are becoming more aggressive about collection techniques of maintenance fees and thus delinquencies have gone down. With more people paying their maintenance fees, delinquencies going down and costs not rising, fees have become more stabilized, increases have remained modest and the rate of increase has not been as great as in the past.
Following are the 2014 annual fees for the Hilton Grand Vacations Club on International Drive which includes operating fees, reserve fees and real estate tax subtotals. The chart also reflects the voluntary ARDA $5 fee and the Domestic Club Fee of $136 total and the voluntary ARDA $5 fee and the International Club Fee of $174 total.
NOTE: Maintenance fees are due in each year of usage, i.e., bi-ennial fees are due in the year of ownership.
