Mark Wang, President and CEO of Hilton Grand Vacations recently announced the addition of Maui Bay Villas by Hilton Grand Vacations which is expected to open in 2021. The addition of this Hilton resort property expands its Hawaii portfolio to ten Hilton timeshare resorts across the three Hawaiian islands.
The 27 acre Hilton timeshare resort will be located on the southwestern coast in Kihei and will feature a dozen buildings consisting of 388 one, two and three bedroom suites which average 962 square feet with sweeping views of Maalaea Bay and 740 feet of oceanfront space.
The new Hilton resort property location will give guests more than just a view! Hilton Vacation Club members and guests will be only minutes away from exciting adventures, such as whale-watching excursions in Maalaea Bay and snorkeling trips to nearby reefs and wildlife. Hilton Vacation Club Members will also enjoy tours of an ancient fishpond at Kalepolepo Beach Park. The golfer in the family is sure to enjoy the Maui Nui Golf Club, which offers an 18-hole course next to the ocean. Hilton Grand Vacation guests can take a short ride and enjoy many more popular attractions, including Maui Ocean Center: The Aquarium of Hawaii.
There will be plenty of activities and amenities at the resort for the entire family to enjoy as well. Planned amenities on the resort property include a large clubhouse with a restaurant, a keiki (kids) club, fitness center, grab-and-go market, large “super pool” with pool bar, oceanfront beach club and more than 15 acres of open-lawn recreational space.
This beautiful Hilton timeshare resort is scheduled for completion during the first quarter of 2021. The Maui Bay Villas’ initial phase will include 131 suites across four buildings.
Timeshare sales for the upcoming Hilton resort are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2020.
