Palm Springs Aerial Tramway
Take the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway ride up Mount San Jacinto aboard the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway the World’s Largest Rotating Tramcar. You’ll experience a breathtaking journey up the sheer cliffs of Chino Canyon. Begin the 10 minute ride at the Valley Station – elevation 2,643 ft. and end at the Mountain Station – elevation 8,516 ft.
Knott’s Soak City is a 16-acre water park themed to the surf era of the 1950s Southern California coast
Visit Joshua Tree National Park’s 1,250 square miles of splendid wonder, including hiking, rock climbing, picnicking and more
Enjoy the Desert’s newest fun form of open air transportation via a Pedi-cab while enjoying your California timeshare vacation. Celebrity tours include the homes of Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, Clark Gable, Elizabeth Taylor and more!
The Living Desert is Palm Desert’s incredible 1,800 acre reserve which combines the delights of a zoo, botanical garden, and scenic wilderness and is located only 15 minutes from Palm Springs – a must for the entire family to see and experience!
Pioneertown, an Old West town built for moviemaking in the 1940s by Roy Rogers and Gene Autry, is less than two hours away from any of the California timeshares located in the valley
Palm Canyon
At least one day of your California timeshare vacation should be spent strolling the chic El Paseo shopping district where you can take your time exploring the designer boutiques, art galleries and restaurants.
Indian Canyons offers three magnificent canyons (Palm, Andreas and Murray) just south of town from any of the California timeshares with amazing plant life and lush vegetation among rock formations and waterfalls. Ranger lead tours are approximately 1.5 hours and are 1 mile in length. Tours are conducted on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 10:00am and 1:00pm and subject to change.
On Thursday night of your California timeshare vacation, make plans to take the entire family to Palm Springs VillageFest which is also known as the Palm Springs Street Fair. You’ll enjoy an array of artists, artisans, entertainers and purveyors of fresh fruits and veggies, flowers, jewelry, snacks and sweets. All this in addition to the great shops, clubs, restaurants and entertainment venues located along the world famous Palm Canyon Drive and the event is dog friendly! Hours for this fun event are October thru May from 6 – 10pm and June through September from 7pm – 10pm.
Certified Farmers’ Market
While staying at a California timeshare in Palm Desert, Palm Springs or La Quinta, you are invited to attend one of the Certified Farmer’s Market where you can enjoy fresh produce, flowers, breads, Chef’s demonstrations and live entertainment! Palm Desert’s Market day is every Wednesday from 8am to 12:30pm adjacent to the Chamber, Palm Springs Market day is every Saturday from 8am to 12:30pm adjacent to the Camelot Theaters and Old Town La Quinta’s Market day is 8am to 12:30pm Main Street off Calle Tampico.
