Westin Timeshare Resales Purchasing or Selling

Buying a Westin timeshare resale on the secondary market is much less expensive than purchasing direct from the developer because of the fact that the developer incurs marketing costs that are passed on to the consumer. It is the developer who sets the price on the retail market. On the secondary market of timeshare resale, prices are determined by individuals and current market conditions.

A timeshare interval should be purchased for enjoyment. The purchase of a Westin timeshare resale ensures that you will be able to vacation and spend quality time with your family and friends each year. You might want to think of it as vacation insurance for all your future vacations!

Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas timeshare resales  – Activities and Local Attractions

There are festivals throughout the year – let’s take a look at a few of them:

July – Koloa Plantation Days is a nine day festival celebrating Kauai and its 150 year plus heritage.  Family oriented events include tennis, golf and even miniature golf tournaments, guided group eco-walks and ample samplings of the vibrant diversity of food, art and cultural activities to be enjoyed while enjoying your Kauai timeshare at Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas.

September – October celebrates a number of Aloha festivals throughout the traditional months of “Makahiki” that help to preserve the unique island traditions and history, including formal presentations of the Royal Court, extravagant luaus, Hawaiian dance competitions, music and falsetto singing and so much more. The Makahiki season was the ancient Hawaiian New Year festival, in honor of the god Lono of the Hawaiian religion.

October you’ll find the Coconut Festival which celebrates the longtime significance of the Wailua River region, known as the Royal Coconut Coast.  The Coconut Festival will immerse you in all things coconut while enjoying entertaining music, dancing, cooking contests and plenty of delicious island food.

Also held in October is the Emalani Festival which commemorates Queen Emma’s 1871 horseback journey, while honoring the beloved leader’s legacy as a humanitarian and lover of the land with hula masters and schools from around the island and world staging a Hawaiian cultural experience that is truly moving.

Year round you and your family are invited to enjoy walking tours and explore the most interesting places on Kauai with guides walking you through colorful chronicles of chiefs, missionaries and plantations at such historic locales as Waimea, where Captain Cook first landed in Hawaii and discover the quaint Kapaa Town.
