Marriott Vacation Club recently announced the addition of two new Marriott timeshare locations – one in New York City and one in the exciting South Beach, Florida district.
Marriott timeshare owners are being invited to take advantage of these two new destinations through the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations Exchange Program or through Interval International as an exchange option.
Marriott Vacation Club at South Beach is available now for occupancy while the Marriott Vacation Club, The Strand in New York City will be available for occupancy beginning March 5, 2016.

Through 2016, Marriott Vacation Club, South Beach will undergo a renovation which will enhance the mix of history with unique contemporary design.

Marriott Vacation Club, The Strand located on 37th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues will be welcoming arriving guests in a beautiful lobby and offering rooms with distinctive contemporary décor of neutral shades and light textures. Rooms include high-definition flat-screen televisions, complimentary wireless internet access and spa-inspired bathrooms adorned in European-style tiling, sleek granite countertops, custom wood cabinetry and top-of-the-line fixtures.
