Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, complimentary wired and wireless Internet access, king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin size beds in the second bedroom in the two bedroom units and a queen size bed in the one bedroom units, and a washer and dryer in each unit.

The Banyan Building features spacious one and two bedroom units with ocean and garden view lanais. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, complimentary wired and wireless Internet access, king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin size beds in the second bedroom in the two bedroom units and a queen size bed in the one bedroom units and a washer and dryer in each unit.

The Coral Building features spacious one and two bedroom units with garden, pool and partial ocean view lanais (balconies). Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, complimentary wired and wireless Internet access, king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin size beds in the second bedroom in the two bedroom units and a queen size bed in the one bedroom units, and a washer and dryer in each unit.  Washer and dryer is available in the laundry room on the first floor.

The Lika Lani Building features spacious two bedroom units with street and partial ocean view lanais. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, complimentary wired and wireless Internet access, king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin size beds in the second bedroom in the two bedroom units and a queen size bed in the one bedroom units and a washer and dryer in each unit.

The Banyan Executive Suite features spacious two bedroom suites with ocean and pool view lanais. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, complimentary wired and wireless Internet access, king size bed in the master bedroom, king size bed in the second bedroom and a washer and dryer in both bedrooms.  The second bedroom can be a lock-out unit with private access, bathroom, sitting area and a kitchenette.  There are only two of these suites.
