The Ocean Oak Resort property will feature 125 luxurious two-bedroom timeshare units in two island-style, midrise buildings and is being developed in two phases, with 65 units in phase one and an additional 60 units in phase two.

Each luxurious two bedroom, two bath suite comes with a full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, balcony and living and dining areas. Every suite has a king bed in the master bedroom and two double beds in the secondary bedroom.
Guests are invited to refresh in the master bathroom with separate bathtub/shower, or the guest bathroom with premium bath products.
