Hilton Grand Vacation Club is a flexible, points-based vacation club ownership and exchange system marketed and operated by Hilton Grand Vacations Company, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide. HGVC was established in 1992 and is headquartered in Orlando, Florida.
HGVC operates 58 resorts worldwide and provides property management services to affiliated resorts of which the majority of Hilton Grand Vacation Club properties are affiliated resorts. There are only a few timeshare resorts that have actually been built and developed by the Hilton brand. Affiliate resorts are those properties that were developed by other companies and then entered into an affiliation agreement to participate in the Hilton Grand Vacations Club.
There are three categories of HGVC resorts listed below:

Affliliated Resorts that are not managed by HGVC

An Affiliated Resort is defined in the 2013 Club Member Guide as a resort that has entered into an agreement to participate in the Club program provided the resort maintains the Hilton Grand Vacations high quality standards of amenities and service.
