Nestled between two championship golf courses, The Bay Club at Waikoloa Beach Resort offers an idyllic setting on the sun-drenched island of Hawaii. The resort features expansive views, luxurious accommodations and close proximity to the renowned dining, retail and entertainment venues at The Kings’ Shops and Queens’ MarketPlace.

Guests of the resort also enjoy access to the pools, whirlpool spa and pool bar at the neighboring Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Waikoloa Beach Resort.

In general, associations are becoming more aggressive about collection techniques of maintenance fees and thus delinquencies have gone down. With more people paying their maintenance fees, delinquencies going down and costs not rising, fees have become more stabilized, increases have remained modest and the rate of increase has not been as great as in the past.

NOTE:  Maintenance fees are due in each year of usage, i.e., bi-ennial fees are due in the year of ownership.

The following annual fees for a two bedroom type B (7,000 points) at The Bay Club include operating fees, reserve fees, real estate tax and Hawaii GET (government excise tax):

2014 Hawaii GE Tax $    49.83

The following annual fees for a two bedroom Platinum (7,000 points) at The Bay Club include operating fees, reserve fees, real estate tax and Hawaii GET (government excise tax):

2014 Reserve Fee     $   222.93

Real Estate Taxes      $     63.26

2014 Hawaii GE Tax $    55.94

Total Amount Due:    $1,462.08

The Bay Club is an Affiliated Resort and HGVC membership is voluntary.  Club dues (whether domestic $136 or international $159) are billed separate from the Maintenance Fee.

NOTE:  The owner can enroll into the Hilton Grand Vacation Club program by paying a onetime current enrollment fee of $500 for an annual ownership and thereafter, pay the annual subscription fee, currently $136 for Domestic purchasers and $159 for International purchasers, which includes the RCI annual subscription fee.
