Marriott Vacation Club has a Right of First Refusal for resales of Marriott Vacation Club timeshares.  Following you will find the Right of First Refusal policy which is described and defined on the Marriott Vacation Club website:

“Right of First Refusal – In accordance with the Public Offering Statements for Marriott Vacation Club an Owner who is interested in selling their timeshare privately is required to comply with the Right of First Refusal policy. Owners must notify Resale Operations of their intention to sell. At this point, Marriott Vacation Club has the option to either exercise the option, i.e. a direct repurchase in accordance with the terms of the external contract, or waive the option, i.e. the Owner is free to proceed with the external transaction. Requests are responded to in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements in the Public Offering Statement.”

What our clients have to say:

We always want to hear from our clients and friends about their Marriott timeshare vacations.  Two families who stayed at the Marriott Ko Olina during the summer contacted us to let us know how much they enjoyed their Marriott timeshare vacations this year!

The first couple returns year after year and said “this place never disappoints you.  The resort is always very clean and the staff is friendly and hospitable.”  They love being on Oahu with the unlimited amount of things to see and do “especially if you have kids” along with the amazing amenities and 3 different pools – two for the kids and another pool for adults that offers a quiet relaxation area kid-free hot tubs.  They love the beautiful man made lagoons, the good restaurants, the bbq grills around the pools and lots of activities for the kids to enjoy every day.

Fia Fia Polynesian Dinner Show

They went on to say, “the Fia Fia luau on Tuesdays is arguably the best on the island and Paradise Cove luau right next door is also a great one. As for their favorite activity, “the Ko Olina Cat is great for snorkeling, whale watching, spinner dolphins, and sunset sails. Since the resort is on the west coast of Oahu, sunsets are spectacular most every night.”  They also enjoyed the fresh and well prepared food at Longboards which was highlighted by “wonderful service and the view of the cove!”

As for the accommodations they commented, “Our family was on the 11th floor of one of the towers and the view from up there was just absolutely breathtaking and spectacular.  The rooms are spacious with free wi-fi, a kitchen and living area with large bedroom and bath areas.”

The second couple especially loved the variety of different activities offered during their stay and shared with us some of the things they would recommend.  They told us “some events require reservations, while others are available to the first 20 people (or more in some cases) who show up.”

The loved the Sunday Bingo and ice cream sundae making.  They said “it’s a free event that requires a RSVP and is fun for kids and adults alike!”

On Monday morning there is an activity events briefing with a free continental breakfast that starts with free coffee and juice.  After the approximate 45 minute briefing they enjoyed pastries and fruit.  The felt it was definitely worth going to “because they gave out prizes that included a free exercise class, dinner tickets to Kualoa Ranch, snorkeling for 4, hotel restaurant gift certificates, massages at the hotel and more!”  They found this to be a good way to “learn about the activities and tours the hotel has to offer” and said they would highly recommend this activity to first time guests at this Marriott timeshare.

Tuesday was Yarn Lei Making which was a really fun and free activity that is limited to the first 17 people that show up and is held at the Pool Lagoon Hut.

Wednesday night is the Texas Hold’em Tournament for adults 18 and over and as they said, “so much fun with employees acting as the dealers and they have prizes!”

The wife really enjoyed the exercise classes on a grassy patch alongside the beach lagoon where they provide the mats and towels and free pool water exercise classes on some mornings.

The Keiki Club offers Tamiya race cars that can be purchased for $32 at the Keiki Club, assembled with the help of adult and later raced for prizes!  The couples 4 year old “loved this race event!”  They said all the kids got a prize (Hot Wheels) and also received either a ribbon or trophy.  They went on to say “the resort offers a bunch of different craft activities that are free for the kids.”

Because of their late departure flight, this couple especially enjoyed the “linger longer” area provided for guests after check-out which is located near the fitness center pool area and has lockers, showers and towels.  Just ask for the key at check-out.
