The Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Hilton Hawaiian Village is made up of three sections – the Lagoon Tower, Kalia Tower and the Grand Waikikian.
Hilton Grand Vacations Club Grand Waikikian
This Hilton timeshare resale resort features four swimming pools including a 10,000 square foot super pool, beach and saltwater lagoon, the Mandara Spa, supervised children’s activity programs, exercise facilities and various restaurants and lounges.
The Grand Waikikian is a 38 story tower consisting of 331 total suites – 155 one bedrooms, 142 two bedrooms, 24 two bedroom penthouse suites and 10 three bedroom penthouse suites, all with private balconies.
Following are the 2017 annual fees for the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Grand Waikikian one bedroom, two bedroom, two bedroom penthouse and three bedroom penthouse villas which includes operating fees, reserve fees, real estate tax and GET (General Excise Tax) subtotals. The chart also reflects the voluntary ARDA $5 fee, the HGVC Club Fee for US Residents and the HGVC Club Fee for International Residents.
The Club fee for US residents is $159.
The Club fee for International Residents is $199.
NOTE: Maintenance fees are due in each year of usage. In addition, one HGVC club fee is paid annually by all owners.
